Terms And Conditions
Members of www.websitebuddy.net traffic exchange agree to the following terms of agreement.

1) www.websitebuddy.net reserve the right to refuse membership or cancel membership if member is found abusing the terms. Upon termination member will lose all credits.

2) We do not allow the following page contents: non english language, racist, illegal, abusive, terrorism, adult or other material we found inappropriate. However, www.websitebuddy.net cannot guarantee that member sites do not contain such material.

3) You may cancel your membership by clicking the [Delete account] link in member area. If you decide to cancel your membership and later wish to re-enroll, you will be assigned a new account, and you will not receive further credit for referrals made using Your previous account.

4) Content: All services provided by www.websitebuddy.net may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any country specific and Croatian law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted  material, material that is threatening or obscene, material that is "adult only" content, or material protected by trade secrets and other statue. The member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless www.websitebuddy.net from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the member or any other party.

5) Non-acceptable content:
      - Pirated software
      - Hacking programs or archives
      - Phissing
      - Warez
      - Cracks
      - Illegal MP3's
      - Spamming
      - Adult content
      - Herbal and pills content of any kind
      - Aggresive, racism, terrorism, violent and/or abusive content
      - Any content that includes using of viruses, trojans or in any other mean illegal content
      - URL rotators and surf links

6) Targeted sites: We Do Not allow site rotators, or targeted sites which include pop-ups, pop-behinds, pop-unders and/or redirections. We do NOT allow Pages breaking out of frame and any other behavior found inappropriate or annoying. We do not allow MS window-type popup/alert message boxes.

7) Your site have to fully load within 15 seconds on 2 Mbp/s ADSL Internet connection. Adding site that do not do that 2 times and your account will be suspended (first time your site will be deleted with explanation sent to your email address).

8) If we delete your URL from rotation you will receive email notification from us why your URL is rejected. If you enter rejected/deleted URL once again for approval without fixing mentioned problem, your account will be suspended.

9) Enrolling other members is prohibited: Members are not under any circumstances allowed to sign up other members. Members can refer other individuals to the website and help them through the sign up process, however the individual must complete the signup process by him/herself, including the reading and agreeing to the Membership Agreement. Furthermore, no member shall create false accounts simply for the benefit of referral rewards or to create a manufactured downline. Any member found to be engaged in such activity will have their membership revoked and will lose all credits and/or money in all accounts created.

10) Personal information: As a member of www.websitebuddy.net you agree to keep your personal information on file up to date and accurate at all times. You also confirm that the email address you have on file is accurate and in working order. www.websitebuddy.net will keep all personal information about you in the strictest confidence and will not divulge it to any third party unless obligated to do so by law.

11) Acceptable use of start link: The start link (also referred to as the "surf" link) that a member receives upon signing up is to be used solely by that member and solely for the purpose of viewing other member's websites through the www.websitebuddy.net traffic exchange network. This link is not to be used in any way that cheats the system or attempts to comprimise it in any way. Furthermore, the start link is not to be promoted on other networks as a means of falsely obtaining credits. The start link is also not to be placed in any automatic clicking program or other similar program or software designed to defraud the network or falsely earn credits. Any inappropriate use of the start link (as indicated, but not limited to the above) will result in immediate termination of that member's account and all earned or purchased credits along with any remaining cash balance will be lost.

12) Removal of membership: A member may at any time request to have his/her mebership cancelled by simply submitting a support request and clearly defining the account that is to be cancelled. Alternatively, a member may have their membership revoked by www.websitebuddy.net if www.websitebuddy.net deems that member to be in violation of any of the terms as set out in the Membership Agreement. www.websitebuddy.net also reserves the right to refuse or cancel the membership of any member found to be defrauding the system in any way, or in any case where the www.websitebuddy.net feels that the member is not acting in the best interest of the www.websitebuddy.net. If a member should have their membership cancelled for any reason, that member will lose all traffic credits (whether earned or purchased) and will forfeit any remaining money in any of the accounts associated with that membership.

13) Loss of data and other errors: Members agree to not hold liable www.websitebuddy.net for any loss of data that might occur while the member is using the www.websitebuddy.net website and all services and products contained within. Loss of data includes, but is not limited to, any account balances, credits, downline members and statistics. www.websitebuddy.net agrees to make every effort within its reasonable power to ensure that such loss of data never occurs, and www.websitebuddy.net will make every effort within reason to correct any such loss of data. Members also agree to not hold liable www.websitebuddy.net for any damage that may arise to the member's computer, software, or other products while using the www.websitebuddy.net website and all services and products contained within.

14) Accounts will be deleted if not used for 90 days.

15) Only one membership for each person/url is allowed.

16) SPAM: www.websitebuddy.net does not condone the use of UCE (unsolicted commercial email) and spam. Members are strictly prohibited from using spam in their marketing efforts.

17) Keep your contact email accurate, we do not respond to autoresponders. We will not verify our emails against any kind of spam protection systems because we do not conduct spam.

18) This Agreement may be modified by www.websitebuddy.net at any time and without notice.

19) Purpose of these measures are to maintain the integrity of the advertising members. Members agree to be bound by these terms.

Privacy Policy
At www.websitebuddy.net, we respect your right to privacy. We will never sell or rent your name, e-mail address, physical address and any other identifying information that you give us with any third party. By signing up for our Free service, you agree to receive occasional e-mails from our company or our sponsors. You may remove yourself from these mailings at any time. If you pay for extra credits, banner advertising or anything else, your private information will be encrypted and sent securely over a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) connection via facilities of leading credit card processing company - PayPal and E-Gold.
